Soma Employment Solutions was born from a simple but urgent recognition: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not evenly distributed. We set out to change that, one partnership at a time.

What began as a commitment to connecting New American professionals with employers has grown into a comprehensive workforce development and consulting firm. Today SES operates at the intersection of vocational rehabilitation, employer strategy, workforce consulting, and community partnership.

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Every client relationship is grounded in deep listening, cultural competency, and a genuine understanding of the labor markets we serve.
