Personal English Instructor for Arabic-Speaking Student
Description
Soma Employment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced English Instructor to provide one-on-one tutoring and instruction to a single Arabic-speaking student. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a personalized English language learning program to help the student improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment to evaluate the student's current English proficiency level and identify their unique learning needs
- Design and implement a customized curriculum and lesson plans to address the student's specific goals and areas for improvement
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, such as conversation practice, grammar exercises, reading comprehension activities, and writing assignments
- Provide individualized feedback and support to ensure the student's steady progress in their English language development
- Regularly monitor the student's progress and adjust the instructional approach as needed to maximize their learning outcomes
- Collaborate closely with the Soma Employment Solutions team to ensure the student's learning experience is effective and aligned with their objectiv
Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing one-on-one English language instruction, preferably to Arabic-speaking students
- Excellent understanding of language acquisition principles and teaching methodologies for individualized instruction
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and patience skills to work effectively with a single student
- Ability to create a positive, supportive, and productive learning environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to tailor the instruction to the student's unique learning style and preferences
